Join us as we celebrate the autumn equinox with self care, feminine connection, fire & ceremonial cacao Women Wild Autumn Equinox Retreat A Weekend of Balance, Reflection & Letting Go About This Gathering This special gathering takes place over the Autumn Equinox, the sacred point in the year where day and night exist in perfect balance before we move gently into the darker half of the year. The Autumn Equinox is traditionally a time of gratitude, reflection and harvest. It invites us to pause, acknowledge how far we have come, celebrate what has flourished, and gently release anything we no longer wish to carry into the months ahead. Surrounded by beautiful private land, mature woodland and a stunning river, this retreat has been created as an opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday life and reconnect with yourself through nature, community and intentional practices. Throughout the weekend you will have the opportunity to slow down, restore your nervous system, deepen your self-awareness and experience a range of holistic wellbeing practices led by experienced practitioners. As the evening draws in, we will gather together around the fire for a deeply immersive Women Wild Equinox Ceremony. This three-hour experience combines ceremonial cacao, movement, breathwork, spiritual reflection and a mystical guided meditation journey designed to help you honour your growth, find balance and release what no longer serves you. This is a retreat about slowing down, finding balance and preparing yourself for a new season. Retreat Flow Arrival & Settling In Arrive from 10:00am to pitch your tent, settle into the space, explore the beautiful surroundings and begin relaxing into the retreat. Holistic Wellbeing Sessions Throughout the day there will be optional treatments and experiences available, including: • Massage • Facials • Reiki • Crystal Healing • Yoga • Sound Healing These sessions are optional extras and can be booked directly with each practitioner during the retreat. Autumn Equinox Ceremony (6:00pm–9:00pm) Our signature Women Wild ceremony will include: • Ceremonial cacao • Chakra balancing • Gentle movement • Spiritual CBT & reflection • Somatic breathwork • A deeply immersive guided meditation journey • Journalling & integration • Share circle & oracle card guidance Evening Around the Fire Following the ceremony there will be time to relax around the fire, enjoy herbal teas, connect with others and embrace the peaceful atmosphere beneath the stars.
