Gather @ The WellNest

Find inspiration and leave with joy. A monthly gathering, where you can join like-minded people who want to connect and be inspired. Gather @ The WellNest The first in our monthly gatherings - join us for uplifting music, inspiration, refreshments and a speaker. Leave feeling lighter, brighter and inspired - with fresh ideas and practical life tools from our fantastic speakers. What you can expect at Gather 🎵On arrival, you will be welcomed with a refreshment and uplifting music. 😊As you settle into our cosy space, you'll be amongst friendly faces where you can share or gently connect if you wish. 🧘‍♂️Our speaker will then guide you through their session - each month will feature a different speaker and activity. It might be a meditation, journal prompts, breathwork - or something completely different. ❤️After, you can share and connect, or simply quietly enjoy the company before we close off the evening. 🎁There will be refreshments and nibbles on hand throughout, and someone will even leave with a surprise gift! November's speaker is the delightful, Nic Pearce, of Wild Roots with Nic. A Master Intuitive Psychology Coach and Private Chef, Nic specialising in coaching and nourishing women who are ready to remember who they are. Nic will talk to you around her practice and guide you through an intuitive psychology session to help ground and focus you on yourself and your soul.
