Gathering together

An evening of deep breath, dance and connection. So many of us spend our days alone behind screens. Always on, rarely together. This is an evening to connect and come together as a community. We'll start with breathwork and Yoga NIdra, letting our nervous systems settle side by side. Then we'll move in ecstatic dance and a sound journey, coming together through our bodies, in joy. We'll close outside, around the fire, with storytelling, intentions and time to simply be with each other. Bring a short story or poem.
