Intuitive Embroidery, Week 3 - Outline and fill in shapes Creative stitching for relaxation. This relaxed stitching series invites you to slow down and connect with your creativity while you enjoy guided meditative free-stitching without a pattern. In this session, we will use our learning thus far to embroider outlines and fill in shapes with dense stitches. Shapes can be simple, abstract, geometric, symbolic, or representational. No experience necessary. All essential materials are provided. Led by textile artist and art therapist Lucinda Walker
