Using your hands alongside simple props including massage balls, yoga blocks and bolsters, you will be guided through techniques designed to ease everyday tension and help you feel lighter, calmer and more open. The session is suitable for all experience levels, and you will leave with a simple sequence that you can continue using independently at home. With a little Halloween treat to finish, there are no tricks here, just 90 minutes dedicated to helping you reset. Event Schedule 1:00–1:05pm | Arrival and Grounding A gentle breathing practice to help you settle into the space and arrive in the body. 1:05–1:50pm | Gentle Mobility Flow and Guided Stretch Slow, fluid movement inspired by Pilates and yoga, focusing on mobility, ease and releasing areas of built-up tension. 1:50–2:20pm | Guided Self-Massage Learn accessible release techniques using your hands and a massage ball, creating a short sequence that can be repeated at home. 2:20–2:30pm | Guided Relaxation Close the session with a calming, breath-led body scan.
