Yoga Flow class

Join us for a yoga flow session focusing on building strength and improving flexibility, with a good portion of relaxation. Yoga Flow - Tuesdays 7:15pm Take 50 minutes to move, breathe and reset. This class combines mindfull movement with strenth, mobility and flexibility work to help you release tension, feel stronger in your body and switch off from the day. Whether you spend your days at a desk, feel stiff and achy, or simply need some time for yourslef, you'll leave feeling lighter, more energised and calmer than when you arrived. The class is suitable for all levels, with options provided throughout, so whether you're completely new to yoga or have practiced before, you'll feel comfortable and supported. What to expect: • build strenth and mobility • ease tension in your back, neck and shoulders • improve flexibility and posture • support your nervous system through mindfull movement and breath • leave feeling stronger, calmer and more connected to your body.
