Horse Healing group session

A small group meditation followed by a 1-1 Heart Chakra connection and Horse Healing session, lead by Newdae Yoga Held at Point Field Smallholding, overlooking Galmpton Creek. This is a unique Horse Healing experience, lead by Lucy from Newdae yoga. Starting with a guided meditation, gentle movement and guided breathwork, relax the mind, body and soul ready meet the animals. We will learn about basic horse behaviour and how to connect with horses on a spiritual level. The Heart to Heart connection we will create with our beautiful horses, will allow you to fully surrender to the moment, and may bring up some emotion. This is totally normal and a safe space to feel all emotions. You will be guided through a meditation whilst being held in the strong, peaceful presence of a horse. With refreshments available and time to journal after, there are also other animals to meet on the farm! Location: Point Field Smallholding, Galmpton. Parking available at Galmpton Creek with further directions sent upon booking. Time: 1pm - 2pm please arrive 5-10 minutes before the start time to get set up. What to bring: • Comfy clothes that allow for movement • Water bottle • A journal and pen • Clothes for all weather • Closed toe shoes Please note: • All animals interaction is at the choice and liberty of the animal. No interaction is forced. • This session will continue in all weather so prepare accordingly • Closed toe shoes must be worn around the animals • Any animal can become unpredictable, all animals on site are considered extremely calm and very used to human interaction. This session is also held by qualified experts to keep you safe, but please remain aware of your surrounding and maintain a safe environment for yourself and other at all times. • Booking is essential and there are limited spaces • under 16's must be accompanied by an adult • for 12 years and up
