A Mini Retreat for the Heart & Soul ❤️✨

A heartfelt, heart centred retreat with the Sacredness of Cacoa, Sufi, Mantra, Mediation & Sound Bath This will be a way to experience the sacredness of Cacao with a uniquely blended offering made with love by Sally Free of Sounds of the Soul. Together we will bring you the delights of Mantra with meaning, Sufi Meditation to movement, to finally a soulful Sound bath to integrate the many layers of the afternoon. The journey is to release and let go of the energy that is holding us down, grounding us down or keeping us from feeling our zest. And to fill your cup with self love and to leave enough space for more of the good stuff. With many years experience of providing ceremonial workshops and safe spaces you will be held in sacred space as you allow yourself to open up to the loving energy of the divine through connection to yourself and the spirit of each element of this retreat. A glorious afternoon of loving connection without the fluffy woo woo but with genuine joy in a shared space. This is why we have intentionally kept these groups small with no more than 12 people per workshop. This is a full 3 hr workshop and your comfort is important to us. There will be no sitting on the floor unless you want to. But please do bring with you something to make your nest for the sound bath e.g. (if you can lay down) Yoga mat, blanket, pillow etc. We do provide water but feel free to bring your own drink.
