This is a 18+ session Basic level of swimming 🚫Who Cannot Attend (Contraindications) If any of the following apply, this experience won’t be suitable for you at this time. Please don’t worry, I offer many other beautiful sessions that may be more appropriate, and suitable. I’m happy to guide you. For safety reasons,you must NOT attend if any of the following apply: • Pregnancy (any stage) • Severe mental health conditions (including psychosis, schizophrenia, unmanaged bipolar disorder) • Uncontrolled epilepsy • Severe sensory sensitivities • Recent surgeries or metal implants • Open wounds, infections, or contagious conditions • Inability to swim or severe fear of water • Limited mobility preventing safe entry/exit • Under the influence of alcohol or drugs • Any condition listed on the Health Declaration Form If you are unsure, please contact me before booking.
