Join us for a feel-good fitness experience that blends the high-energy, upbeat fun of old-school aerobics with the strength, control and balance of Pilates. Think retro vibes, great music, movement, laughs and a room full of people who just want to have a good time. WHAT TO EXPECT We’ll kick things off with an energetic aerobics-inspired workout, bringing all the nostalgia of the ’80S... before moving into a Pilates-inspired session focusing on strength, balance, control and mobility. And when the workout is done, the fun doesn’t stop. Stick around to chat, socialise and enjoy the atmosphere with the rest of our amazing fitness community.
