Let’s Get Grounded

Join us for a walk around the gorgeous Jesmond Dene, followed by a short sensory-regulating guided meditation It's November ❄️ It's cold, it's dark and work is stressful. It's possible that you feel a bit lonely, but socialising takes too much energy out of you. Don't worry, I feel like this too. So, Let's Get Grounded is a zero-socialising-pressure event. This is a chance for us neurodivergent people to coexist and get that community feeling without the need to mask. We will start with a calming walk around the Dene. This is a lush opportunity for us to get to know each other - yapping is very much welcome, and so is just walking along in silence! This is YOUR time, to fill up your cup in whichever way feels good to you. Then, if you fancy it, I will lead you through a short guided meditation, specifically designed to regulate your nervous system. This will help you to reset and feel rejuvenated, ready to take on the upcoming week. Please wrap up nice and warm, and bring a mat/towel/blanket to sit on during the meditation :) I am SO excited to see you there. I just know we are going to have such a lush time together!
