What to expect During this festive hands-on workshop, you'll: • Learn how to make traditional Italian biscotti from scratch, with a delicious Christmas twist. • Discover the techniques behind making perfectly crisp biscotti, along with tips for recreating them at home. • Explore and prepare other simple homemade edible gifts, perfect for sharing during the festive season. • Get inspiration for different flavours, ingredients and creative combinations. • Discover lovely ways to wrap and present your homemade treats, turning them into thoughtful Christmas gifts. • Take home your handmade creations, recipes and plenty of inspiration for your Christmas baking. Everything is guided by Gloria from Made by Flour, who will share her Italian baking knowledge, practical tips and love of homemade food in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. No previous baking experience is needed, and all ingredients and equipment are provided.
