Relax, restore and give back. An evening of seasonal yoga, sound healing, festive treats and community, supporting Type 1 diabetes! Join Good Vibes Wellness for a special evening of relaxation, connection and community as we come together to support Type 1 Diabetes research. Enjoy a gentle seasonal yoga flow, an immersive sound bath meditation with Tibetan singing bowls, soothing herbal teas, festive mince pies and a small and festive gift stall. This nurturing evening is designed to help you unwind, restore and embrace the seasonal shift while supporting an important cause. All profits from the event will be donated to Diabetes UK, helping to support individuals and families affected by Type 1 diabetes and improving scientific research. Date: Sunday 8 November Time: 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM Location: St Margaret's Church, 353 Kilmarnock Road, Glasgow Ticket Price: £25 Come along for an evening of stillness, healing and positive impact. ✨ Relax.
