Sport Psychology Workshop: What's that all about?

Find out about preparation, performance anxiety, attention, motivation, personality, & confidence and how to improve your performance. An informal workshop for people who are interested in finding out more about the psychology of sport. The evening will begin with an introduction by your hosts, Vicky Begg of The Sports Counsel, and Fiona Maurer and Emma Whyte of Project 3 Coaching. We'll cover the most important topics for you as participants. You can get involved by trying out some ideas or you can sit back, relax and listen.
