Workshop｜Crystal Meditation & Manifestation Workshop 一石一念：水晶冥想與意念設定工作坊

Language 語言：Cantonese + English 廣東話及英語 Every crystal has its own colours, textures and traditional symbolic meanings. This workshop invites you to choose the stones you feel drawn to, slow down, and notice feelings and wishes that everyday life may leave little room to explore. You’ll select three natural crystals and learn about their symbolism. Through gentle breathing, guided meditation, visualisation and reflective writing, you’ll explore what you’d like to welcome into your life and set a personal intention—whether that’s calm, confidence, a fresh start or a goal you’d like to work towards. Take home your chosen crystals and handwritten intention card in a Kira Kira pouch, as a reminder of your intention and a companion for your meditation practice. Workshop Details • Duration: Approximately 75 minutes • Price: £35 per person • Group size: Maximum 15 participants • Includes: Three natural crystals, a Kira Kira pouch and an intention card • Suitable for: Complete beginners and anyone curious about crystals or meditation.
