Feel, Heal & Rise: A Safe to Grieve Experience Join Hannah and Julia for a very special three-hour experience created to give you space to slow down, reflect, connect and explore grief in a gentle and supportive environment. With only eight places available, this intimate gathering is much more than a traditional book launch. It is an opportunity to step away from the busyness of everyday life and spend an evening being held in a space where grief, loss, healing and hope can all be spoken about openly. Hannah will take you behind the scenes of her book Safe to Grieve and its Companion Journal, sharing the story and inspiration behind the books, some of the lessons woven through their pages, and why she believes every form of grief deserves to be recognised. There will also be time to pause and explore some of the Companion Journal through gentle guided journalling exercises, giving you space to reflect on your own experiences in whatever way feels right for you. Julia will guide you through an aromatherapy session centred around loss and emotional wellbeing, exploring how scent and essential oils can be used as part of a comforting self-care practice during times of change, grief and transition. Hannah will then lead an exclusive group HeartHealing ™ taster session focused around grief, offering you an opportunity to experience this gentle healing modality in a safe group setting. Throughout the evening there will be plenty of time to chat, connect, reflect, relax and simply enjoy being in the space.
