The Breathing Hub

The Breathing Hub is a free weekly community programme from School Breathe CIC, funded by the National Lottery Community Fund. Every Wednesday, you'll be welcomed into a supportive space to slow down, regulate your nervous system and connect with yourself and others. Rooted in School Breathe's unique five-pillar philosophy, every session centres on breathwork while exploring one or more of the following: • Gentle movement • Creativity • Guided audio and storytelling • Deep relaxation • The science and education of breath Each week is led by one of our experienced practitioners, who brings their own specialist expertise to create a fresh and inspiring experience. No two sessions are exactly the same, but all are designed to help you feel calmer, more connected and better equipped with practical tools for everyday wellbeing.
