About this workshop What would you like more of in your life? More calm? More confidence? More happiness? Or perhaps simply more time for yourself? As we begin a new year, this gentle and uplifting workshop offers you an opportunity to reflect on what truly matters to you and explore the things you would like to welcome into your life. Part of our My Wellbeing Hour programme at Natural Life Therapies, this friendly, one-hour session is designed to help you reconnect with yourself in a relaxed, supportive environment. There is no pressure to make big changes or set unrealistic resolutions. Instead, we'll focus on the small, meaningful things that can help make everyday life feel more fulfilling. What to expect During our time together, you'll enjoy: • Gentle reflection on what you would like more of in your life • Exploring your personal hopes, values and intentions • A simple, positive activity to help you identify what matters most • Creating your own Hope Stone to take home as a reminder of your intention • A welcoming space to relax, reflect and enjoy a little time for yourself Who is this workshop for? This workshop is suitable for anyone who would like to make more time for their wellbeing, reconnect with what matters to them or begin the year with a positive sense of direction. No previous experience is needed, and you are welcome to participate at your own pace. What's included?
