This class blends lyrical and contemporary movement with gentle, feel-good elements inspired by yoga. You’ll move through choreography that supports both physical strength and emotional release, helping you reconnect with your body in a grounded, supportive space. Suitable for all levels. Wear whatever you feel good moving in. Trainers, athletic wear recommended. This is your space. This class runs on the fourth and fifth (if it is a 5-week month)Tuesday of each month from 7pm-8pm.
