A calm, cozy space in Framlingham for parents and carers to find peer support for family wellbeing and mental health. Every 2nd Weds. Established in 2013, PACT run regular drop-in sessions and walk and talks across Suffolk for parents and carers. PACT parent monthly drop-in Framlingham is a safe and supportive environment for local parents and carers to meet and find support around parental and children & young people's mental health, SEND issues and the journey of family neurodivergence. A calm, supportive space Find support, resources and signposting from others with lived experience of supporting the wellbeing and mental health of their family. The drop-in offers a calm and cozy space for parents and carers to connect. Refreshments provided - toilets - accessible venue - children and young people always welcome
