Join The Walking Collective for "The Winter Reset" Retreat day taking place at The Castle Community Halls in Framlingham. Think of it as an extended, sparklier version of our monthly gatherings, created especially for the season. Taking place in November, it’s a chance to slow down, get outside and embrace the changing season, with a little festive spirit woven in. The focus is still simple: connection, grounding and nourishment, with a few extra special touches along the way. For those who don’t know us yet, The Walking Collective was founded by long-time pals G, our yoga instructor, and Hollie, a nutritionist. We both come from creative backgrounds and bring that into everything we do. We will start the day with a welcome beverage before setting off on our walk route in The Framlingham countyside. We will return to the town where G of @wearegrounded guiding you through a yoga flow. There will be an opportunity to get creative and then we also have the lovely Sarah from "The Create Space Collective" leading a soundbath. There will be light snacks throughout the day, as well as a seasonal lunch by Big Beautiful Bowl. An intimate, restorative day and a chance to step out of the busyness of the festive season. A little pause amongst the plans, time in nature and space to slow down. Leave with a curated goodie bag, feeling grounded, nourished and reset..
