PIZZA & PILATES w/ Jess - Weds 30th Sept @ 6.15pm

PIZZA & PILATES On Tuesday & Wednesday evening fitness events focus on making fitness social. A chance to share positive energy with your mates, meet new people, enjoy a group workout and get a midweek sweat on. Taking place every week, on a Tuesday or Wednesday (sometimes both!), our Pizza & Pilates event is the perfect addition to your weekly routine. Enjoy a pilates session with Jess and then a pizza slice with the MOOVA community. Each ticket includes a free pizza slice, post pilates session, courtesy of Doughboys Pizza with a variety of toppings available. ______________________________________________________ About this class: Our Pilates fitness event is a MOOVA creation that combines individual exercises alongside partner pilates exercises encouraging social interaction & conversation. Our instructor Jess will take you through a series of exercises and pilates moovments that you will do by yourself as well as, at times, with a partner. This will be a social session, super fun, accompanied by music and suitable for all abilities. You can work to what feels comfortable for you - so if a certain moovment or exercise is too difficult, do not worry, simply do the best you can. Expect dimmed lights & a warming environment. There will be plenty of moovments for all abilities. - mats will be provided but feel free to bring your own - please arrive 5-10 minutes before your class start time - we advise removing jewellery before the start of the class - all classes are strictly 18+ ______________________________________________________ PIZZA & PILATES SESSIONS: A mixture of Tuesday & Wednesday evenings and Wednesday lunchtimes.
