Sound Healing Journey with Reiki in the Woods Join Alice (Yoga & Reiki in the Woods) and Charlotte (Soundwaves) for a sacred and soothing collaborative experience in the heart of Otley Chevin Forest Park – a place where the healing powers of sound, energy, and nature come together in harmony. This unique session weaves together three potent healing practices: the resonant magic of sound, the gentle power of Reiki, and the deeply grounding presence of the forest itself. Each element uplifts and amplifies the others creating a cocoon of rest, release and renewal. This is a peaceful pause – a space to come home to yourself. This session includes: • A Sound Healing Journey guided by Charlotte: You’ll be bathed in the magical frequencies of gongs, Himalayan bowls, crystal bowls, and gentle percussion. Each instrument offers its own vibration, designed to clear stagnant energy, rebalance the nervous system, and guide you into deep relaxation. • A nurturing group Reiki session offered by Alice: Reiki is a gentle yet powerful practice that supports emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being, helping to clear blockages and bring you back to balance. Reiki healing will be offered through hands-on or hands-near healing, flowing intuitively where it is most needed • Delicious herbal tea & handcrafted vegan* treats to enjoy together.
