Come and join me for an evening Sound Bath, a chance to slow everything down, get out of your head and give your nervous system some much-needed space to breathe. You’ll lie back, get comfortable and let the sounds and vibrations of the singing bowls, chimes and other instruments do the rest. No need to know how to meditate. No need to be “good” at relaxing. Just come as you are, get cosy and receive. ✨ Expect: • Deep relaxation • Beautiful, immersive sound • Time away from your phone, your thoughts and your to-do list • A chance to reset and reconnect with yourself What to bring Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow and anything else that will make you feel comfortable lying down for around an hour.
