An Evening to Nourish Your Body, Calm Your Mind & Feed Your Soul Imagine an evening where the outside world fades away… Curry Feast & Yoga Nidra Evening. Join us for a cosy evening of home cooked vegetarian curry, good company and deep relaxation at the Humber Therapy Centre on Queens Road, Beeston. We’ll start the evening sitting down together for a delicious feast of homemade curries – think warming chana, spicy lentil dal, Nigerian-inspired coconut bean curry, saag paneer and more, alongside mango lassi and freshly made chai. It’s a chance to enjoy some really tasty, nourishing food, have a chat, meet new people and make new friends in a relaxed and welcoming setting. Then, with full bellies, we’ll get cosy and settle down for a full hour of Yoga Nidra. If you’ve never tried Yoga Nidra before, don’t worry there are no poses, no stretching and nothing you need to “do”. You simply lie down, get comfortable and allow yourself to be guided into a deeply restful state.
