Autumn Equinox Crystal Bowl & Light Language Sound Bath Join us for a deeply relaxing and restorative evening at Caythorpe & Frieston Village Hall as we come together to honour the energy of the Autumn Equinox. The Autumn Equinox is a time of balance, reflection and transition, as we move from the warmth and activity of summer into the quieter, more introspective months ahead. It is a beautiful opportunity to pause, release what no longer serves you and restore balance within. Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and the enchanting power of Light Language as you are guided into a state of deep relaxation and inner peace. The gentle sounds and vibrations of the crystal bowls will surround and support you, while the sacred tones of Light Language create a unique and deeply personal sound journey. Allow yourself to be carried away by the ethereal melodies, letting go of stress, tension and anything you feel ready to release as you make space for the new season ahead. This is a time to slow down, reconnect with yourself and honour the natural rhythm of the changing seasons. Simply lie back, relax and allow yourself to receive whatever you need from the experience. No previous experience is necessary. Just bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillows and anything else you need to feel warm and comfortable — a hot water bottle is always lovely! Comfortable clothing is recommended. The sound bath will begin at 7pm and last approximately one hour, followed by an optional 30 minutes of quiet time to relax, reflect and fully absorb the energies and experience created during the sound journey. Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow plenty of time to get comfortable and settled. Due to the nature of the event, late arrivals may not be permitted. Please let Rose know before attending if you have any health considerations or contraindications, such as a heart condition or pregnancy.
