Karma Yoga - Charity Class

Support Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance with a gentle Hatha yoga class. All profits go to this lifesaving local charity. Take some time for yourself while supporting a charity that makes a real difference in our community. This special Karma Yoga class is a slow paced, beginner friendly Hatha yoga session, with all profits donated to Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance. You don't need to be flexible, fit, or have any previous yoga experience to join. Together, we'll slow things down and explore movement with curiosity, focusing less on how the poses look and more on how they feel. We'll begin with a poem to help you arrive and settle into the practice. In yoga philosophy, karma yoga means selfless action, doing something for the benefit of others without expecting anything in return. This class is our way of putting that idea into practice: caring for our own wellbeing while supporting a charity that provides lifesaving emergency care across Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire. The class is donation-based, minimum £5, but please give what you can. Every contribution makes a difference.
