Candlelight Yoga & Sound Bath for Autumn Equinox

Cosy, comforting beginners Yoga flow & Sound Bath Meditation by candlelight in stunning gothic church. Celebrating Autumn Equinox. Cosy Candlelit space to find inner stillness. A perfect mid week class to reset your nervous system, move your body, and slow down the mind. This class is open to all levels and abilities and will include: • 35-40 mins gentle yoga flow • 20-25 mins crystal sound bath meditation Class costs only £6.50 per person and you are welcome to pay cash upon arrival without any pre booking, or reserve a space in advance either here, or by messaging Lesley-Ann Yoga directly on Instagram @lesleyannyoga (for direct bank details, cutting out eventbrite fee). Please bring with you a yoga mat, a warm cosy blanket and pillow, and if you have any eye mask you are welcome to bring that too. Lesley-Ann is an experienced yoga, meditation and sound healing facilitator. She runs yoga retreat in the UK, regular workshops, and Rooftop Yoga events - as well as teaching at David Lloyd gyms.
