The Autumn Threshold: Meditation, Sound Bath & Circle

A nourishing evening of meditation, healing sound and heart led connection, inviting you to slow down and gently welcome the new season. As we arrive at the end of September and the turning of the seasons, we gather in sacred space to slow down, listen within and honour the transition into autumn. Through guided meditation, healing sound and gentle reflection, we’ll journey inward, releasing what we no longer need and making space for what is ready to emerge. We’ll close with a heart-led sharing circle, creating a space for connection, presence and intention. An evening to soften, surrender and return to yourself. Matts and Blankets provided.
