The Fifth Reset Run. Recover. Work. On Friday 30 October, we’re bringing together an intentional group of founders, operators and high performers for the first-ever Fifth Reset at WellNest, London Bridge. A proper end-of-month reset, and a real taste of what life at The Fifth will feel like once we open. We’ll start with a relaxed 5K run before returning to WellNest for sauna, ice baths and breakfast. Once the body is switched on and the head is clear, we’ll settle into a morning of co-working, connection and monthly reflection alongside like-minded, ambitious people. Format 7:00am - Meet at WellNest 7:15am - Optional 5K group run 7:45am - Sauna and ice baths 8:30am - Breakfast 9:00am-1:00pm - Co-working A breakfast sandwich and your choice of coffee or juice are included in the ticket price. The run is completely optional - join us at 7am for the full experience or arrive for the recovery session at 7.45am. Stay for the full morning, dip in and out around meetings, or head off after breakfast if the working day calls.
