TALK An evening of moderated conversation, hosted in a private home. ~Eight people, dinner, two hours. The evening Start 7pm, wrap by 9, out the door by 10 latest. Dinner is shared and vegetarian. Phones off. Off the record, always. Three simple rules 01 — Listen. It starts here. Really listening, not planning your reply. Being listened to well makes people speak more honestly — which makes the next rule possible. 02 — Tell your story. Say I, not you. The moment it becomes "you know how everyone…" it stops being a story and becomes a theory. 03 — Open doors for others. End your with a doorknob: a detail, a loose thread, a question the next person can grab. Your thoughts becomes their doorway in.
