Full description from organizerShow less
Inspired by a hand-sewn vest my grandmother made while fleeing the Sino-Vietnamese War, Túi Bí Mật / Secret Pockets asks: What are the secrets we carry? Bringing together handmade pockets, voices, memories and fragments of conversation gathered through workshops with local communities, the exhibition weaves together a sculptural and sound installation exploring migration, memory and the things we carry across borders and generations.
