SAVE THE DATE ✨ We’ve been quietly finding our feet over the summer. Now it’s time to properly open the doors. Join us at Ydun Marylebone for a day of training, recovery, conversation and celebration. Come for an hour or stay for the day - we’d love to have you with us. WHAT’S HAPPENING 1pm Come and try our adaptive resistance technology. 2–3:30pm Slow things down with a breathwork session with Daniel Cunningham (https://www.instagram.com/thebreathworkbreddah/) 4pm Explore and experience our wellness area. 5–6pm A panel exploring the future of strength, health and longevity. 6–7pm Drinks, food and a chance to celebrate together.
