Around this time we celebrate Mabon, the Autumn Equinox and the second harvest in the Wheel of the Year—a moment of gratitude, reflection and equilibrium as day and night stand in perfect balance. Join me for a deeply restorative Sound Bath where you can step away from the busyness of everyday life and simply receive. Surrounded by the soothing sounds of gongs, crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, harp and other therapeutic instruments, you'll be guided into a state of profound relaxation, allowing your nervous system to settle and your body and mind to restore naturally. Whether you're seeking peace, emotional release, clarity or simply an hour to yourself, this session offers a nurturing space to reconnect with your inner balance as we welcome the changing season. No experience is needed—just wear comfortable clothing, bring anything that helps you feel cosy, and allow yourself to be immersed in the healing vibrations of sound.
