Led by Lisa Willoughby, a yoga teacher with 18 years’ practice, the class blends mindful movement with a focus on strength, mobility, and balance - accessible for all levels. This session is a chance to move, breathe, and enjoy a yoga practice unlike any other. What to expect: • Arrive at 10:55am to settle in. • The session will finish by 12pm.
