About this event
Immerse in nature as we explore the nurturing , spiritual aspects of yoga we don't have time for in our regular classes. Join us for Earth, Body & Sound! A creative and reflective afternoon of yoga, sound and relaxation inspired by the landscape of Cholesbury, an AONB and Iron Age Hillfort site. Our afternoon will include yoga, time in the natural and beautiful woodland of Cholesbury, using creative and reflective practices and followed by deep relaxation with sound. Includes tea and a homemade seasonal treat.
