Sambaddha is an invitation to step out of the thinking mind and reconnect with the wisdom of the body. Through shaking, breath, sound, guided movement, free expression, gentle opening and deep rest, we explore the different qualities held within each element and within the body. Earth invites us to slow down, feel grounded and arrive fully in the body. Water encourages softness, flow and emotional release. Fire awakens energy, confidence and life force. Air creates space around the heart and breath. Ether brings us into stillness, spaciousness and rest. At the heart of Sambaddha is authentic expression. It offers a space to move beneath the noise of everyday life and loosen the patterns, expectations and self-consciousness that can cause us to hold ourselves back. Here, movement is not about how it looks. It is about how it feels. Part guided practice, part free movement and fully soundtracked by an epic live DJ journey, each session gradually unfolds through music, rhythm and rest. You will be supported throughout, with the freedom to follow the guidance or listen to what your own body needs. No choreography. No dance experience needed. No pressure to perform or get anything right. Simply come as you are, move in the way that feels natural to you, and allow the body to lead.
