Winter Wellness Herbal Remedies Workshop

During this 2-hour workshop, you’ll create your own Winter Wellness Syrup using warming ingredients including onion, garlic, ginger and thyme. You’ll also discover the traditional uses of peppermint, yarrow and elderflower before creating your own Winter Herbal Tea Blend. You’ll leave with your homemade syrup, five individually blended tea bags, a labelled tea pouch and easy-to-follow instructions to recreate both remedies at home. A relaxed, practical and informative workshop; perfect for anyone curious about traditional herbal remedies and natural approaches to winter wellbeing.
