This course provides people living with bipolar, and those around them, with education on the challenges on living with this diagnosis Experiencing and receiving a diagnosis of Bipolar can be a huge turning point in anyone’s life. This course aims to provide people living with bipolar, their families and those around them with education and practical tips on self-management while acknowledging the challenges within this diagnosis. This course is co-produced and delivered by an expert by training and an expert through their own personal experience of the diagnosis, giving students a balanced view of what it is really like to live with and manage a diagnosis of bipolar.
