Mens Gathering - Beyond the Armour

Invitation to connect, network, set intentions, open up and share space-not to fix one another, but to drop the armour. Ceremony 15:00-17:30 THE JOURNEY 🔥 Despacho & Fire Ceremony We open around the fire, crafting a traditional Despacho bundle to lay down our intentions and release what no longer serves. Tea, food, and snacks will be available to keep us nourished (feel free to bring your own to share). 💨 Breathwork: Fanning the Internal Fire Moving into breathwork to build energetic strength, drop into a deep meditative state, and begin softening the armor—opening the heart and throat chakras. 🔊 Bija Mantras (Seed Sounds) Using vocal resonance and root seed sounds to tap into our truth, clear hesitation, and create space for honest, uninhibited expression. ⭕ Sharing Circle & Open Conversation From this open state, there is an invitation to share what’s present for you in a safe, held circle. Plentiful time to talk, listen, and connect deeply with one another. 🧖‍♂️ Sauna & Integration We close with the option of the sauna—sweating out physical tension, letting the work integrate, and connecting casually as brothers. Sharing of food, tea and perhaps some jamming round the fire. The Ceremonial elements are from 15:00 - 17:30 but the space will be open and available for us to share up until 21:00 Exchange: Donation Based. Feel free to bring and share food. 🎒 WHAT TO BRING: Warm layers for the fire circle, a towel, water bottle, and shorts/swimwear for the sauna. Spaces are limited to keep the circle intimate and strong.
