The Magnetic Reset is a powerful 90-minute breathwork and meditation experience designed to help you slow down, regulate your nervous system and reconnect with yourself before the week ahead. This is your opportunity to step away from the demands of work, family and everyday life and give yourself the space to simply be. Each session includes: ✨ Guided breathwork ✨ Meditation ✨ Reflection and journalling ✨ Nervous system regulation ✨ A supportive, welcoming environment Occasional Cacao ceremonies will also be available No experience is necessary.
