Join Danielle North for a special autumn sound bath and experience an evening of deep relaxation WHAT IS A SOUND BATH? Experience a beautiful 90-minute Sound Bath with Danielle North; designed for anyone seeking relaxation, rejuvenation and deeper peace within. Using a variety of sound waves from voice, percussive instruments and the gongs, these transformative Sound Baths can help release emotional blockages, promote healing from physical injuries and awaken new insights. WHAT HAPPENS AT A SOUND BATH? Shoes and smartphones are left at the door. Once you are cosy and comfortable on your mat, we begin with calming breathing exercises to ground and centre you, followed by a guided muscle relaxation technique to prepare your body and mind for deep rest. From there, you’ll be gently immersed in the restorative vibrations of the gong, allowing the healing power of sound to wash over you as you gently let go and drift away.
