These gentle sessions are designed to support deep rest, nervous system regulation, and relaxation, guiding you into the state between wakefulness and sleep — the space traditionally known as Yoga Nidra or “yogic sleep”. Through guided meditation and carefully layered sound, you’ll be invited to soften, settle, and fully rest. Using Himalayan singing bowls, crystal bowls, ocean drum, Zaphir chimes, crystal chalice, and other sound meditation instruments, the evening creates a rich soundscape to support stillness and restoration. No experience is needed — simply come as you are. Dates & Time Friday 22nd May — 6:00pm Friday 19th June — 6:00pm Investment £12.50 per session What to Bring Please bring anything that helps you feel warm, cosy, and supported — yoga mat, blanket, pillow, bolster, eye pillow, or extra layers. Some mats and blankets and props will be available, but the intention is for you to create the most comfortable and nurturing space possible for your rest.
