Greenbank Mindful Art Club

Connect with others and discover new ways of practising self-care through easy art and mindfulness exercises. Practice being here in the present moment, and accept where you are right now, without self-judgement. There is limited pay and display parking on the streets in the area, or Napier Terrace car park is a 15 minute walk away. https://www.plymouth.gov.uk/napier-terrace-car-park Places are free thanks to funding from Greenbank Community Centre, but donations to Mindful Art Club are always welcome. Mindful Art Session The format of the group is a check-in at the beginning where people can talk and connect, 10 minutes of guided mindfulness and a simple art project that anyone can do. There is an opportunity to chat and it is the peer support that makes all the difference. We will also offer practical solutions to the problems that people are going through such as sign-posting to other mental health organisations. We also offer other supportive, weekly, community groups and paint and sip evenings in the Plymouth area, in Devon, UK.
