But who supports the people supporting others? We’re launching a brand-new networking group for the charity sector in Plymouth and the surrounding areas, and we’d love you to be part of it. Whether you’re a fundraiser, CEO, trustee, volunteer or anyone else supporting the incredible work carried out by charities organisations, this group is for you. What to expect from our first event Our first session is all about getting to know one another and discovering how we can make a difference together. You’ll have the opportunity to: • Make meaningful connections with others working across the charity sector. • Share experiences and challenges with people who understand the work you do. • Explore opportunities for collaboration between your organisation and others in the local community. • Help shape future sessions by telling us what advice, guidance and support would be most valuable to you. Support beyond networking We want this group to offer more than just a chance to meet new people. We want to connect you with useful knowledge, advice and support to help your organisation thrive. The Westcotts' charity team will be on hand to answer general accounting and governance queries, and we have a fantastic network of advisers across the local business community who can share their expertise. Need support with stress management, insurance, charity investment options, HR challenges or the safe use of AI? Just let us know! We’ll explore bringing the right people into future sessions based on what matters most to you. Who should attend?
