Tree planting with Moor Trees at Burrator Reservoir

Join Moor Trees as we plant new woodland across Dartmoor and South Devon! Help us to create new woodland on Dartmoor and South Devon. Join us for a day tree planting at a site near Burrator Reservoir. Everything you need to know will be demonstrated and gloves and tools are provided. Come along and meet some likeminded people and have fun! Information about volunteering with Moor Trees can be found here: Volunteering at Moor Trees | Moor Trees There is a walk of approximately 20 minutes from the car park to the planting site. Parking and access to the site is from the B3212. You'll need to bring some sturdy shoes or boots, waterproofs, packed lunch and drinks. Wellies are recommended for this site, as there will be some wet areas. We will supply biscuits, cakes and hot drinks. We usually stop for lunch at around 1pm. Where to park and more detailled information about the site will be confirmed via email a few days before the event. Please let us know if there is anything you think we should know, such as medical conditions etc. We will be planting outside for most of the day, so please bear that in mind. Children are welcome but they must be supervised by an adult. We look forward to seeing you there!
