You'll be guided into relaxation with a meditation before being immersed in the sounds and vibrations of crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, gong and other therapeutic instruments. My voice is also a integral part of my sound baths, woven intuitively throughout the experience to create a deeply moving and immersive experience. Simply lie back, get cosy and allow the combination of sound, vibration and voice to take you to a place of deep rest - leaving you feeling calmer, lighter and beautifully rebalanced.
