A simple Sunday invitation to pause, breathe and be present Join us for free outdoor mindfulness meditation beneath the trees in Priory Park, Chichester. Take an hour out of your Sunday to slow down, breathe, notice and simply be present. Whether you're completely new to meditation or returning to a practice, you are warmly welcome. No experience needed and no need to empty your mind. Just you, the trees and an hour to pause. We'll begin with a short welcome and simple mindfulness guidance, followed by 20 minutes of silent, eyes-open meditation. Afterwards, you're welcome to stay for optional sharing and conversation or simply enjoy the park and continue with your day.
