Come along, get comfy and allow the soothing sounds to wash over you creating a sense of peace, calm and relaxation. 💫 COMING TO CURDRIDGE - SOUND BATH 💫 Join me for an hour of deep relaxation, allowing the soothing sounds and vibrations of the gong, Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, shamanic drum, chimes and other instruments to help you slow down, switch off and simply be. 💫 Friday 30th October ⏰ 7.30-8.30pm 📍Curdridge Reading Room 💵 £12 per person Come along, get comfy and give yourself an hour of you time 🫶 Spaces are limited, so if you'd like to join me, please send me a message or book your space via the link.
