Full description from organizer

An interactive winter wellbeing session naming the invisible costs of working in people - for the people who look after the people. Every wellbeing session HR professionals attend is aimed at other people's wellbeing. This one is aimed at them. Join us for an interactive winter wellbeing session designed specifically for HR, L&D and people professionals, led by Juliet Morris, executive coach, private adviser to C-suite leaders and former Chief People Officer. What to expect • Interactive activities from the moment you arrive • Insightful discussion on the hidden costs of people-focused work • Practical techniques for managing tension and stress • Guided journaling and personal reflection • Coaching-style conversations with peers • A personal commitment to support your wellbeing moving forward The seasonal anchor January is the deepest point of the year for human reserves in Five Element tradition, the Water season. It's precisely when calendars fill up and reserves run lowest. This session works with that reality rather than pretending it away. Together we'll explore the Hidden Taxes framework - the invisible pressures people professionals carry when supporting others through change, challenge and growth - and learn how stress shows up physically. You'll leave with simple, practical strategies for maintaining energy and resilience through one of the busiest times of the year. No prior preparation required and there is no expectation to share personal experiences with the wider group. Participation is designed to be safe, supportive and entirely voluntary. No phones - full participation, zero forced disclosure. Join us to pause, reflect, connect with fellow people professionals, and leave with practical tools to keep supporting others while looking after yourself. About your facilitator Juliet P. Morris is an executive coach and private adviser to C-suite leaders and high performers, working at the point where business gets human. Over 20+ years in PE-backed scale-ups and former CPO, she built teams and functions through rapid growth, restructures and everything in between. Today Juliet blends 20 years of boardroom reality with Five Element acupuncture and coaching, working with the whole person - body, mind and spirit - because the cost of leadership lives in all three. Her Hidden Taxes framework names the invisible drains on leaders' energy, clarity and impact; her clients range from global executives in her coaching practice to those at her Romsey Acupuncture clinic. Juliet’s promise to this session: nothing she'll ask you to do is anything she hasn't needed herself. Lead well. Live well.
